Fall Classes
REGISTRATION FOR FALL CLASSES HAS BEEN EXTENDED!
Woodward at Copper is offering weekly Fall classes designed to help participants learn skills in specific areas, such as trampolines, tumbling, Snowflex®, skateboarding, as well as a new ski and snowboard strength and conditioning class.
All Fall 2010 Classes run once a week for 8 weeks (starting September 7th) and require a minimum of 6 participants to hold a class. Pre-registration is required for all classes. Register by completing Registration form here or calling the Barn 970-968-3400.

Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) Classes
Beginner T&T $119.99*
This class is for anyone 8 years of age and older. Students work on basic gymnastics and trampoline skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels and walk-overs. Offered Fridays 5:00PM - 6:00PM
Intermediate T&T $149.99*
This class is for anyone 8 years of age and older. Students work on tumbling such as round-offs, handsprings and saltos. Offered Sundays 12:00PM-1:45PM
Snowflex & Trampoline (S&T) Classes

Adult S&T$149.99*
Classes alternate between Trampolines and Snowflex each week working on air awareness, rotations and inverted/off-axis progressions. Offered Wednesdays 6:15PM-7:45PM
Snowboard/Ski Strength & Conditioning (S&C) $99.99*
This class is designed to train sport specific movements, i.e. movements that closely resemble those in snowboarding and skiing. These movements will train your body to move more efficiently and react more quickly while on snow. In addition, these movements will help to reduce the risk of injury by strengthening muscles, tendons and bones. Students will use the spring floor to engage in a series of exercises designed to strengthen muscles. Offered on Thursdays 6:30PM-7:30PM
