SlopeSoakers- April 15, 2012

Woodward at Copper will be hosting the inaugural SlopeSoakers: Floating Rail Jam. Positioned in front of Jill’s deck, the pond will have a rail floating on top of inner tubes creating a unique spin on the traditional pond skim. Prizes will be awarded for best costume and best trick. Come watch some of the best athletes around get soaked on our slopes. This event is free for contestants and spectators, registration information will be posted soon.

Monday 4/2- Bowl Jam- in the Barn, from 6pm to 8pm (registration at 5pm) $5 entry fee

Wednesday 4/4- Berrics Skate Competition- in the Barn, from 6pm to 8pm (registration at 5pm) $5 Entry Fee

Thursday 4/5- Mini Bowl Jam- in the Cage, from 7pm to 9pm (day of registration)

Sunday 4/8- Ping Pong Competition- in the Cage,7 from 7pm to 9pm (day of registration) 

Monday 4/9- Fooseball Tournament- in the Cage, from 7pm to 9pm (day of registration)

Woodward Wednesdays- Jan. 4-April 11th 2012

Strapped for cash? We understand. Now you can come ride Copper, try out the Barn at Woodward and enjoy a beer or soda all for $35! We aren't kidding though we do have some fine print-

-Drop in session is only good for that day at the Barn at 2pm, 4pm, or 6pm.

-In order to participate in the drop in sessions- you must participate in The One Hit Wonder first. Never done our introductory course? We are offering a 50% discount with proof of Woodward Wednesday Pass in the Barn at 2pm, 4pm, or 6pm. Click here if you would like more details about our intro course.

-Passes will be sold by walk-up only at the Barn, Cage, Guest Services (all locations) and the ticket window.

-Must enjoy your beer, Woodward session, and lift ticket all in the same day. No exceptions.

Lib Tech's "Boxes for Days- Jan. 29, 2011 

A ridiculously fun event involving a lot of boxes!" is making it's Rocky Mountain debut at Copper Mountain, Colorado! 

The events simple concept is to take normal park boxes and arrange them one after another to create an abnormal, tremendously difficult, yet ridiculously fun to ride Super-Box.

“It’s never the same event twice…it’s gonna be bananas!” says Mervin’s Pete Saari.

Speaking of bananas…each stop will award one deserving shred the official Slippery Banana award for box riding prowess along with a ton of great prizes given out in RANDOM DISPLAYS OF RADNESS from our great sponsors, including Lib Tech, COAL, Arnette, Poler Stuff and Snowboarder Magazine.

This event is open to snowboarders of all ages and it's BEYOND FREE…meaning that there no entry fee and the first 50 entrants get a free shirt from Snowboarder Magazine!

Registration from 9-10:30 am in the Woodward Cage in Center Village

Event from 11 am – 2 pm / Helmets required / Under 18 needs a parents signature
